The New Political takes home a second place Pinnacle Award at the Fall 2023 College Media Convention

The College Media Association awards the best college media groups and individuals with their annual Pinnacle Awards. Over 3,000 schools from across the nation submitted content to be judged. The Pinnacle Awards are broken down into three main categories including print, broadcast and online outlets. Multiple sub-categories fall under these main ones, The New Political’s staff was awarded second place in the category of website of the year (standalone) at a four-year campus with over 10,000 students enrolled as undergraduates.
