The New Political compared the costs of ten grocery items at three local stores: Jefferson Marketplace, the CVS Pharmacy on Court Street and the Kroger on East State Street. Graphic by Sarah Donaldson and Maggie Prosser.

While costs varied by item, it was generally cheaper to shop at Kroger versus CVS or Jeff Market.
